By using the “Psy Care” platform as a mental health professional, you agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions, including any future amendments. If you do not agree to any provision, please stop using the platform.

2. Services Provided
Psy Care offers a secure digital environment for remote psychological sessions and consultations. It is not a substitute for urgent medical care or traditional psychotherapy in emergency situations.

3. Qualifications and Professional Licensing

• Must hold a valid license to practice psychology issued by a  recognized authority.

• Must have at least a master’s degree in psychiatry, clinical psychology, or psychological counseling.

4. Professional Insurance and Security Checks

• Provide valid malpractice insurance coverage.

• Undergo a criminal background check if offering services to adolescents or vulnerable groups.

5. Technical Requirements

• A computer or smartphone equipped with a high-quality camera and microphone.

• A stable internet connection with sufficient speed for uninterrupted video sessions.

• Use of a platform compliant with HIPAA or equivalent privacy standards in your country.

6. Ethical Standards and Confidentiality

• Adhere to the professional code of ethics and ensure the confidentiality of client data.

• Sign a confidentiality agreement that prohibits disclosure of any personal information without written consent from the client.

7. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

• Session appointments are to be scheduled through the platform after your account is activated.

• Both the client and the professional may reschedule or cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or rescheduling. Otherwise, the session will be considered canceled without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All technical content (texts, designs, logos), and educational tools on Psy Care are the exclusive property of the platform and may not be copied or republished without prior written permission.

9. Amendments
Psy Care reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.
